We provide the following list of aviation
related events occurring in our area as a service to our members. Not all of
these events are sanctioned or promoted by WPA, but are provided to you as
an aid in identifying flying events in which you may want to participate.
The events are listed with the hosting organization first. We try to make sure the information
is up-to-date and correct. However, things can and do change at the last
minute, so before you head out, we strongly recommend that you check with
the person listed with each event to ensure the event is still scheduled.
There are just too many great activities that are
held every year that we only hear about after the event. WPA wants to correct
this situation by trying to list all of the flying or other interesting events
within the state or surrounding area. This can only be done with the help of
you, our Chapters, and other members sending in news of events in your area. Please email all information concerning events to
